Shipping and Returns

We want you to know that BUSHLAND OUTFITTERS takes great care in preparing your order for delivery before shipping. Every item you order passes through our Pre-Package Process. This process ensures delivery of the correct product that is ready for you to use right out of the box.

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. This does not include the transportation time from our warehouse to your delivery address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to view the shipping status.

International Orders
How will my international package be sent?

We ship via FedEx International.

Ground shipping is available to Canada and Puerto Rico, all other areas will be shipped via Air service.

How long will it take to receive my international package?

You should receive your package in approximately 1 1/2 - 3 weeks.

Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments outside the USA.

Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed!

You may return any brand new item purchased from BUSHLAND OUTFITTERS for any reason within 15 days of the date you receive your item. You may exchange any item within 30 days of the date you receive your item. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer for exchanges. We do not charge a re-stocking fee.

Items must be returned in new condition. Credits will not be issued to your credit card until the item’s condition is reviewed by BUSHLAND OUTFITTERS upon receipt.

To return an item please carefully follow the instructions below:

Please include a copy of your packing slip along with any pertinent instructions inside your package.

Return shipping charges are paid by the customer and are not refundable. BUSHLAND OUTFITTERS suggests that you insure your return package as we are not responsible for damage done to your package by a third-party carrier.
